How does Kale work?
Kale uses cutting edge AI to automatically generate your minutes after your meeting has ended. Invite Kale Companion to your meeting to receive the minutes after the meeting ends. Provide a recording to Kale Generator and the AI will instantly transcribe and write the minutes for you!
What if I go over my meetings hours per month?
Don’t worry, you will still get your minutes document! Kale will provide you with minutes for the allocated time in your plan. You will get a preview of the remainder of the minutes and will have the option to purchase 🙂
What languages do you support?
Currently we support english. In the future we will expand to support Spanish, German, Swedish, Dutch, French, Korean, Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Portuguese, and many more! Send us a request at team@invitekale.com.
What kinds of recordings can be converted to minutes?
Any standard audio or video file (mp3, mpeg, mp4, wav, acc, mov, etc.) format with people talking in it (not a music recording, for example). Kale automatically transcribes and then generates a minutes document with agendas, key discussion, key decisions, and motions.
How do I add Kale to my monthly board meeting?
Kale supports virtual and hybrid meetings. Invite Kale to your meeting's calendar invite. When you start your meeting, the Kale AI will join, listen, and take notes. After the meeting, Kale will create the minutes and send them to you.
How do I get the minutes?
Kale Companion will automatically create and send you the minutes by email after the meeting ends. Kale Generator provides the minutes via email as well.
Is there a limit on the free minutes I get?
Our Free includes 60 minutes per month, our Pro plan includes 120 minutes per month, and our Corporation plan includes 6 hours per month.
Who should use Kale?
Anyone who needs records of decisions and motions made in group meetings. Kale is best for cutting through the noise of the meeting and only recording key decisions and motions for each of your meeting’s agenda items. Ideal customers are HOA or condominium board members, property managers, and, not for profit, professional associations.
